Key Responsibilities
- Responds to routine inquiries and concerns from members and providers in a timely manner
- Mitigates complaints and serves as the front-line resolution advocate for inquiries
- Documents communications and maintains performance standards in a high-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Entry-level position with little or no previous experience necessary
- Preferred experience in multitasking using multiple systems and programs
