Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming client calls, take messages, and verify information
- Schedule patient appointments as requested
- Dispatch calls to the appropriate medical practice following proper protocol
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong computer skills and ability to type 35-40 wpm
- Must have a high-speed internet connection and a suitable computer setup
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
