Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent - Remedy On-Call (Full Time).

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming client calls, take messages, and verify information
  • Schedule patient appointments as requested
  • Dispatch calls to the appropriate medical practice following proper protocol
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills and ability to type 35-40 wpm
  • Must have a high-speed internet connection and a suitable computer setup
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
