A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate IV.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage backlog and open orders, communicating late deliveries to customers and internal teams
- Investigate credit and debit requests and issues to process necessary adjustments
- Answer technical queries from customers and provide alternative solutions using available resources
Required Qualifications
- 4 or more years of related work experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred
