A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line phone customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers
- Field between 75 to 100 calls daily, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to service standards
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the insurance industry and collaborate with management to address service issues
Required Qualifications
- 6 months of experience in an office environment
- 6 months of experience using Microsoft Windows PC applications
- 6 months of experience in a work-from-home environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Must pass a drug screen and background check
