Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front-line phone customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers
  • Field between 75 to 100 calls daily, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to service standards
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the insurance industry and collaborate with management to address service issues
Required Qualifications
  • 6 months of experience in an office environment
  • 6 months of experience using Microsoft Windows PC applications
  • 6 months of experience in a work-from-home environment
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must pass a drug screen and background check
