Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to inbound phone calls for customer assistance
  • Document all calls in ticketing and tracking systems
  • Research customer claims in primary payor systems and act as a liaison between claims department and providers
Required Qualifications
  • A basic understanding of covered benefits plans
  • 1 - 2 years' experience in a healthcare claims operations or call center environment
  • High school degree required
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • Basic understanding of MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
