Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate I.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to inbound phone calls for customer assistance
- Document all calls in ticketing and tracking systems
- Research customer claims in primary payor systems and act as a liaison between claims department and providers
Required Qualifications
- A basic understanding of covered benefits plans
- 1 - 2 years' experience in a healthcare claims operations or call center environment
- High school degree required
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Basic understanding of MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
