A company is looking for a Customer Service & Collection Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient accounts, including cash collection and resolution of self-pay balances
- Negotiate payment arrangements with patients through various communication methods
- Document payment commitments and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare environment preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare account management with customer service preferred
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and PC applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
