A company is looking for a Customer Service & Collections Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient account balances through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring cash collection and resolution
- Negotiate payment arrangements with patients and document commitments for follow-up
- Provide information regarding the Financial Assistance Program and refer calls as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare environment preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare account management preferred
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and PC applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
