Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to manage customer interactions and resolve service-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and review customer service requests, and schedule appointments with homeowners
- Prepare schedules for service personnel and coordinate with supervisors to address scheduling issues
- Ensure customer complaints are resolved and follow up to confirm customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with one year of related experience and/or training
- Bilingual experience preferred (English/Spanish)
- Ability to learn about all products related to installation
- Intermediate math skills for calculations related to service tasks
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
