Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their Maintenance Operations Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle communication with tenants and owners to ensure customer satisfaction and meet quality assurance standards
- Manage escalated maintenance issues and respond to tenant and owner inquiries in accordance with service level agreements
- Coordinate service appointments and follow up on repairs to ensure satisfactory completion by vendors
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a virtual assistant or remote worker
- Experience in providing excellent customer service in challenging situations
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a flexible schedule
- Fluency in English and must be based in Argentina
- Ability to be proactive and empathetic while multitasking
