Key Responsibilities
- Engage in competency-based training and group exercises to develop professional skills
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a full-time call center role after program completion
- Maintain consistent engagement with the program team and discuss personal and professional growth
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience
- At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Basic experience in using a PC
- Ability to maintain strong attendance and be a team player
