Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of Supervisors, Team Leads, and Representatives to meet client objectives
- Manage a high-volume call center team handling 40-100+ calls per day per Representative
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure success and performance
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare call center
- Experience with EMR systems such as EPIC, Meditech, or Cerner
- Proven ability to drive team performance and meet quality metrics
- Strong background in the healthcare revenue cycle industry
