Customer Service Operator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Toll Free Line Operator to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and identify customer assistance needs
• Document required information and educate callers on the correct prompts
• Meet performance goals in efficiency, accuracy, quality, member satisfaction, and attendance

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent working experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of Customer Service Experience
• Experience with Microsoft Excel for data management
• Ability to work normal business hours and occasional overtime
