Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls from patients and authorized representatives regarding account inquiries
- Generate written requests for processing by other teams and document transactions for leadership reporting
- Utilize provided scripts and manuals to accurately respond to inquiries and complete daily assignments
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a related field
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to meet productivity standards and perform essential job functions
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
