Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Rep 1 to handle patient account inquiries and provide assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls from patients and authorized representatives regarding account inquiries
  • Generate written requests for processing by other teams and document transactions for leadership reporting
  • Utilize provided scripts and manuals to accurately respond to inquiries and complete daily assignments
Required Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in a related field
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to meet productivity standards and perform essential job functions
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
