Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide contact center support to clients and patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet production and quality assurance standards for inbound and outbound calls
- Assist callers with medical billing questions, payment plans, and processing payments while maintaining customer service standards
- Participate in educational opportunities to enhance job knowledge and maintain confidentiality of customer information
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- One year or more of customer service support experience in a remote setting is preferred
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow through on issues to resolution
