Job Summary
A company is looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to verify account information and assist with invoice requests and EZ Pay enrollment
- Address customer issues such as incorrect addresses or account inquiries
- Maintain accurate call notes and follow up as needed based on assigned daily call batches
Required Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Comfortable making 20 calls per hour based on hours worked
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
