Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Rep (Property & Casualty).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service by answering inbound calls or chats regarding personal lines insurance policies
- Manage call metrics and prioritize workflow to ensure efficient processing of transactions
- Develop customer relationships and take ownership of calls until resolution is achieved
Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree, preferably in business, or equivalent experience in Personal Lines insurance
- Thorough knowledge of Property/Casualty Insurance operations and policy elements
- Two to four years of agency experience in Personal Lines is preferred
- Active 4-40 licenses are preferred but not required
