Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year of customer service experience required, call center experience preferred
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Reliable internet speeds required
- Experience in financial services, banking, or debt settlement is a plus
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
