A company is looking for a Customer Service Credit Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Review orders for errors, verify information, and provide options to potential customers
- Negotiate and process payment arrangements while adhering to established procedures
- Document account handling activity accurately and educate customers on account status and payment options
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; BA degree preferred
- Call Center or Collections experience preferred with basic knowledge of data entry
- Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the shift with minimal distractions
- Possess computer/technology savvy to operate multiple windows and tabs effectively
