A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative II.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers and identify the reason for the call
- Determine proper solutions for customers, make recommendations, and schedule appointments
- Transfer calls to the appropriate group and process cancellation requests as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of computer applications
- Availability to work a schedule that ends no later than 10 PM Eastern Time
- Internet service with a minimum of 25mbps upload and download speed
