Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from customers and identify the reason for the call
  • Determine proper solutions for customers, make recommendations, and schedule appointments
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate group and process cancellation requests as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications
  • Availability to work a schedule that ends no later than 10 PM Eastern Time
  • Internet service with a minimum of 25mbps upload and download speed
