A company is looking for a VBC Customer Services Representative I - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and retrieve voice mails
- Provide information on eligibility, benefits, claims, and referrals
- Assist in resolving issues related to claims, authorizations, and eligibility inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in a call center or healthcare environment preferred
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS codes, HCFA1500, and UB04 billing forms
- Must be able to work in a sitting position and use a computer and telephone
