Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide inbound and/or outbound customer service support, ensuring accurate and timely information delivery
  • Conduct research on claims status and document all interactions while resolving and escalating issues as needed
  • Manage sensitive information while adhering to Personal Protected Information (PPI) requirements


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • One (1) year of previous customer service experience (Required)
  • Experience with MS Office or other computer platforms (Required)
  • Two (2) years of college-level courses or two (2) years' work experience in phone-related customer service
  • Experience in healthcare, benefits, call center, claims processing, or Facets is preferred
