Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, product information, and claims/returns
- Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and management to resolve issues and provide support
- Maintain customer account information and documentation while demonstrating the company's core values
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
- College experience and/or a 2-year degree is preferred
- Prior customer service experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Exceptional math skills, particularly with fractions
