Key Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships and favorable contacts with assigned accounts
- Receive, document, coordinate, and complete business transactions and requests accurately and timely
- Coordinate on-time delivery of products and services
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of Customer Service experience required
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Basic understanding of telephony concepts, practices, and procedures
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- Ability to coordinate with various levels of management within different functional areas
