Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support and services to participants in an employment and training project.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist consumers in accordance with performance standards and privacy policies
- Track and document inquiries, complete associated tasks, and meet quality assurance metrics
- Facilitate requests for materials, refer consumers to appropriate entities, and escalate issues as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 0-6 months of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm Mountain Time
- Must have a reliable home office setup with high-speed internet service
