A company is looking for a Call Center Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality support to users by responding to inquiries and resolving problems related to telecommunications networks and applications
- Isolate problem sources and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues
- Follow up with users to ensure problem resolution and maintain documentation of all activities
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months to one year of experience in telecommunications, cable, or banking call center
- Proficient computer navigation skills using various software packages
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications equipment and systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
