Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality support to users by responding to inquiries and resolving problems related to telecommunications networks and applications
  • Isolate problem sources and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues
  • Follow up with users to ensure problem resolution and maintain documentation of all activities
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months to one year of experience in telecommunications, cable, or banking call center
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using various software packages
  • Basic knowledge of telecommunications equipment and systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
