Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming client calls, emails, and support tickets related to website assistance
- Perform basic website content updates and conduct outbound client calls for various purposes
- Advise clients on their web presence and ensure quality assurance for client requests and new product releases
Required Qualifications
- Typically 1 or more years of related experience
- General education, vocational training, and/or on-the-job training
- Telephone-based client support or customer service experience
- Basic HTML knowledge (recognition level only)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
