Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with inquiries regarding self-pay balances through incoming and outbound calls
  • Review patient accounts receivable to determine assistance options and next steps
  • Post patient payments and adjustments as required by standard operating procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Six months of medical experience preferred
  • One year of customer service and accounts receivable experience
  • Experience with Word and Excel
  • Organizational skills are essential
