Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with inquiries regarding self-pay balances through incoming and outbound calls
- Review patient accounts receivable to determine assistance options and next steps
- Post patient payments and adjustments as required by standard operating procedures
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Six months of medical experience preferred
- One year of customer service and accounts receivable experience
- Experience with Word and Excel
- Organizational skills are essential
