Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and identify the type of assistance needed from customers
  • Resolve issues on the first call by navigating complex computer systems
  • Research complex issues across multiple databases and collaborate with support resources to resolve customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of experience in a related environment (call center, customer service, etc.)
  • Familiarity with computer systems and ability to navigate and learn new software
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday during normal business hours, with potential for occasional overtime
