Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and identify the type of assistance needed from customers
- Resolve issues on the first call by navigating complex computer systems
- Research complex issues across multiple databases and collaborate with support resources to resolve customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in a related environment (call center, customer service, etc.)
- Familiarity with computer systems and ability to navigate and learn new software
- Ability to work Monday - Friday during normal business hours, with potential for occasional overtime
