Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the advocate for providers, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
- Provide support through multiple channels, including calls, chats, and emails
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely resolution of provider inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Experience navigating and learning complex computer systems
- Availability to work full-time, including potential overtime and weekends
