A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer 30-45 incoming calls daily and identify customer assistance needs
  • Research complex issues and collaborate with support resources to resolve customer concerns
  • Meet established productivity and quality standards while contributing to team content updates
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of experience in a high-volume call center environment
  • Familiarity with computers and ability to navigate complex systems
  • Flexibility to work during normal business hours and occasional overtime/weekends
