Key Responsibilities
- Answer 30-45 incoming calls daily and identify customer assistance needs
- Research complex issues and collaborate with support resources to resolve customer concerns
- Meet established productivity and quality standards while contributing to team content updates
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in a high-volume call center environment
- Familiarity with computers and ability to navigate complex systems
- Flexibility to work during normal business hours and occasional overtime/weekends
