Job Summary

A company is looking for a Computer Operator/Tier 1 Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1 service desk support for various customer inquiries related to marketplace applications
  • Log user inquiries in Service Now and triage them to the appropriate internal groups
  • Respond to IT inquiries and escalations, ensuring accurate and complete customer support
Required Qualifications
  • GED or higher
  • Proven excellent customer service skills
  • Strong knowledge of computers and Microsoft systems
  • Must be available to work nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
