Job Summary
A company is looking for a Computer Operator/Tier 1 Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 service desk support for various customer inquiries related to marketplace applications
- Log user inquiries in Service Now and triage them to the appropriate internal groups
- Respond to IT inquiries and escalations, ensuring accurate and complete customer support
Required Qualifications
- GED or higher
- Proven excellent customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of computers and Microsoft systems
- Must be available to work nights, holidays, and weekends
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
