Key Responsibilities
- Handle 30-45 incoming calls daily, identifying customer needs and providing assistance
- Research and resolve complex issues while documenting information in computer systems
- Meet established productivity and quality standards, contributing to team content updates
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in a high-volume call center environment
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
- Ability to work during specified business hours, including occasional overtime and weekends
