A company is looking for a CSR I Operations position in Jacksonville, FL.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service for basic and routine inquiries via multiple channels
- Respond to incoming calls, e-mails, or chats and make outbound calls regarding Federal Student Aid (FSA) Loan Servicing
- Utilize computerized systems for tracking and information gathering, and maintain regular feedback on call quality
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience
- Must reside in the U.S. and be a U.S. citizen
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must not be in default on any federal student loans
- Must be available for scheduled holidays, overtime, and weekends as needed
