A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound/outbound telephone support to customers and agents, addressing various inquiries
- Document detailed notes on all interactions and assist in training new Associate CSRs
- Process customer requests while maintaining department service level agreements with urgency and accuracy
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent experience
- 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role
- Proficient in servicing various product types and navigating multiple administrative systems
- Ability to mentor new hires and demonstrate empathy towards customers
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and adeptness at using available tools and resources
