Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for member inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, and claims
- Educate members and follow up on issues to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Document member interactions and maintain compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of call center or related customer service experience required
- 1-2 years of prior experience with Medicare benefits preferred
- Experience in the healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy industry is highly desirable
- Data entry and general computer skills are required
- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations is essential
