Key Responsibilities
- Provide general customer service support for end users and the sales team
- Process inbound calls from internal and external customers
- Research information requests and schedule delivery and service appointments
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferable (e.g. food service, retail, call center)
- College degree a benefit but not mandatory
- Self-motivated and able to maintain focus without close supervision
- Professional, positive, and friendly personality
- Intermediate ability in Word, Excel, and Outlook
