Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for Retail Vehicle Sales Support, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with pre and post purchase inquiries and resolve issues to meet customer expectations
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to rental sales and manage the sales process to generate leads
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Asset Management to manage rental truck inventory levels

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• One year or more of experience in sales and/or customer service required
• Must reside in Georgia
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing conditions
• Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative
