A company is looking for a Member Service Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Educate members on spending account products, IRS regulations, and claims processing
- Maintain accurate information and serve as a customer advocate to identify needs and guide to resources
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency required; associate's degree preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- One to two years of customer service and/or call center experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and Windows operating systems
- Must have a secure and distraction-free work environment at home
