Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Service Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Educate members on spending account products, IRS regulations, and claims processing
  • Maintain accurate information and serve as a customer advocate to identify needs and guide to resources
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalency required; associate's degree preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • One to two years of customer service and/or call center experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and Windows operating systems
  • Must have a secure and distraction-free work environment at home
