Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist - Work from Home.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle high volume inbound customer inquiries and assist with orders and accounts
• Offer additional products during customer interactions and personalize the experience
• Report to a Customer Service Supervisor and maintain a distraction-free work environment

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must reside in approved counties in Ohio, Indiana, or Kentucky
• Ability to work in a virtual environment with a set schedule
• Must have a self-provided computer with Windows 10 or newer and high-speed internet
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
• Complete a six-week paid training program with full attendance required
