Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist III to enhance customer engagement and support internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide training and support for new and current team members
- Manage customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction through timely responses
- Conduct regular business reviews and create KPI reports for performance monitoring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, supply chain, or equivalent experience (5 years in customer service)
- Experience in a manufacturing customer service team is advantageous
- 2+ years of Oracle experience preferred
- 2+ years of Microsoft CRM experience preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 5% as needed
