Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist III to enhance customer engagement and support internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide training and support for new and current team members
  • Manage customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction through timely responses
  • Conduct regular business reviews and create KPI reports for performance monitoring
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, supply chain, or equivalent experience (5 years in customer service)
  • Experience in a manufacturing customer service team is advantageous
  • 2+ years of Oracle experience preferred
  • 2+ years of Microsoft CRM experience preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 5% as needed
