A company is looking for a Specialist I - Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate monthly service calls to low-volume accounts and update customers on new programs and services
- Assist with customer issues such as missed shipments and backorders, ensuring prompt resolution
- Process customer orders and maintain communication with all departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Less than one year of directly related experience
- Familiarity with products and services in pharmaceutical distribution
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve customer issues effectively
