Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and maintain communication with all departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Less than one year of directly related experience
  • Familiarity with products and services in pharmaceutical distribution
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve customer issues effectively
