Key Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and support to Team Leads and Representatives to meet client objectives
- Maintain KPI reporting, improvement programs, and ACD metrics
- Foster communication and collaboration within the virtual team to ensure performance success
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- 5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare call center
- Experience with EMR systems such as EPIC, Meditech, or Cerner
- Knowledge of EOBs and authorizations/referrals
- Management experience in a fast-paced call center environment
