Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Strategy and Value Lead for North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic and value consultative engagements with banks, fintechs, and merchants
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to define account strategies and value propositions
  • Develop and maintain knowledge assets and tools related to value frameworks and capability maturity models
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, value selling, or internal strategy teams
  • 10+ years of overall working experience
  • Experience in technology and financial services is highly valued
  • An MBA is preferred
  • Experience in the payments space or fraud in financial services is a plus
