A company is looking for a Customer Strategy and Value Lead for North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and value consultative engagements with banks, fintechs, and merchants
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to define account strategies and value propositions
- Develop and maintain knowledge assets and tools related to value frameworks and capability maturity models
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, value selling, or internal strategy teams
- 10+ years of overall working experience
- Experience in technology and financial services is highly valued
- An MBA is preferred
- Experience in the payments space or fraud in financial services is a plus
