Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate to enhance customer retention and ensure optimal use of its integration platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish trusted relationships with customers to drive product value through proactive and reactive engagement
  • Utilize data to identify customer trends and implement programs to enhance customer health and experience
  • Guide customers through onboarding and ensure full adoption of the platform while addressing any at-risk situations
Required Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, enterprise software implementation, or related fields
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, eCommerce, and application integration preferred
  • Experience in a startup environment is highly desired
  • Proven ability to lead and own client meetings
