Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate to enhance customer retention and ensure optimal use of its integration platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish trusted relationships with customers to drive product value through proactive and reactive engagement
- Utilize data to identify customer trends and implement programs to enhance customer health and experience
- Guide customers through onboarding and ensure full adoption of the platform while addressing any at-risk situations
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, enterprise software implementation, or related fields
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, eCommerce, and application integration preferred
- Experience in a startup environment is highly desired
- Proven ability to lead and own client meetings
