Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate (Canada, Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Copywriting, proofreading, and editing campaign landing pages while coordinating communication between brands and the internal ops team
- Troubleshooting billing issues and addressing client inquiries
- Partnering with the Account Manager to meet client goals and maintaining strong relationships with clients and agency partners
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years in a customer success role
- Basic knowledge of Canva and experience with CRM software
- Knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces and/or influencer marketing
- Experience in a start-up environment is an asset
- Proficient with Google Office (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
