Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Executive to build strong relationships with customers and partners while ensuring excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between partners, end customers, and internal teams, fostering trusted advisor relationships
- Plan and facilitate key project milestones to ensure consistent project delivery
- Monitor service usage and compile detailed performance reports, identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
Required Qualifications
- At least 2+ years of experience in sales operations or a related role, preferably in the IT services industry
- Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) is preferred
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite and experience with CRM systems, such as Hubspot
- Strong analytical skills to translate customer data into actionable strategies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
