Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a resource for emerging markets customers, collaborating with a team of CSMs and AMs
- Own a book of business (~400 customers) and engage proactively to drive customer value-realization
- Work collaboratively across teams to identify value and revenue opportunities for customers
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years in a Customer Success Management role required, experience in Shared Success or technical teams is a plus
- BA/BS or equivalent education required
- Power user/expertise in Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace/GSuite, and CRM systems required
- Experience in B2B SaaS required
- Experience with Jira/ticketing, Gong, and data dashboards preferred
