Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market accounts, ensuring customer success and satisfaction
- Educate customers on product features and best practices to maximize value and track measurable goals
- Identify growth opportunities through upselling and renewals, while monitoring customer engagement and satisfaction metrics
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles with mid-market or enterprise clients
- 2+ years of project management experience; PM certification is an asset
- Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, and ChurnZero
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and meeting sales quotas
- Analytical skills with experience using Excel and/or PowerPoint for reporting and insights
