Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to serve as a strategic point of contact for existing resellers and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire customer lifecycle post-sale, including onboarding, account development, renewal, and expansion
- Proactively drive customer success initiatives to ensure high satisfaction and long-term retention
- Build and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to expand reach and impact
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize a large portfolio of clients
- Experience with complex, technical software products, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Demonstrated success in upselling, contract renewal, and customer retention
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and support teams
