Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the relationship with assigned clients and act as the primary point of contact
- Develop and execute an account management strategy that drives retention, renewal, adoption, and growth
- Deliver a superior customer experience and conduct regular service performance reviews to ensure satisfaction and account growth
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent PM experience preferred
- ITIL Certification
- 6-10 years' experience in Information Technology or related field
- 6-10 years' experience in account management, customer service, or service management, preferably with an IT managed service provider
